Surfynol® 107 L

Surfynol® 107 L by Evonik is an alkylphenol ethoxylates (APEs)-free, silicone-free or fluorosurfactants-free non-ionic surfactant. It acts as a wetting agent and molecular defoamer. It offers a range of surface active performance benefits and disruption in the the foam stabilization properties of other formulation components, providing knock-down, defect-free defoaming and deaerating benefits. It imparts efficient surface tension reduction and wetting benefits in both low speed and dynamic operations. It can reduce minimum film forming temperature (MFFT). It is an easy-to-handle low viscosity clear liquid. Surfynol® 107 L is used in low- and zero-VOC waterborne adhesives. The shelf life for this product is 24 months from the date of manufacture. Recommended dosage ranges between 0.1 and 1.5% of total formulation weight.
