Surfynol® DF-110 D

Surfynol® DF-110 D by Evonik is a highly effective, nonionic, molecular defoamer and deaerator. It is a long-lasting, defect-free foam control and silicone-free surfactant.

It contains no added silicone, silica or fluorinated materials and no added alkylphenol ethoxylates (APEs).
It is effective against macro-and micro-foam with good substrate wetting and stability in formulations between pH 3-10.
It is used in a variety of applications where foam prevention or foam elimination is necessary without causing surface defects.
It is used in lamination adhesives.
Its recommended use level is 0.1-1.0 wt.%.
Surfynol® DF-110 D has a shelf life of 60 months.
