Surfynol® DF-220

Surfynol® DF-220 by Evonik is a 100% active, silicone-free, silica-free and alkyl phenol ethoxylate (APE)-free organic defoamer. It can provide not only high initial efficacy, but also long term sustained defoaming. It is mineral oil-based and ideally suited for medium to high PVC systems. Surfynol® DF-220 is a clear, low viscosity liquid that has been specifically designed to be used in a variety of water-based formulations, including adhesives. Its usage level is 0.1-1.0%.
