Firemaster® 520

Firemaster® 520 by Lanxess is a brominated, flame retardant with high reactivity. It is suitable for rigid polyurethane and polyisocyanurate foam applications, and in polyurethane-based adhesives and sealants. It contains primary hydroxyl reactive groups. Firemaster® 520 offers faster reaction rates, lower viscosity, and improved compatibility in water blown foams. It reduces surface friability and increases throughput.
