Higree™ HA1090

Hydrocarbon resin. Acts as a tackifier. It is a low molecular weight, thermoplastic, slightly yellow C5 modified C9 resin which combines the advantage of C5 and C9. Higree™ HA1090 is compatible with styrene block copolymer (SBS), wax, EVA and SIBS. Offers excellent heat as well as water resistance, low VOC, low odor and good chemical stability, transparency, cohesive power, holding power. It enhances wetness in pressure sensitive adhesives (PSA) which is composed by modified elastomers, plasticizer, filler and solvent. It can be used as a substitute of expensive glycerol rosin ester and also used in various applications like tapes, labels, hot melt adhesives, solvent based adhesive as well as shoe sole adhesive.
