A-C® 430

A-C® 430 by Honeywell acts as an adhesion promoter and rheology modifier. It is ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA) copolymer with a vinyl acetate content of 26% used extensively in hot melt adhesive and pressure-sensitive adhesive (PSA) to control rheology and boost adhesion to various substrates. It can be added as a diluent, offering dual function of reducing application viscosity at melt. Also acts as a compatibilizer & reduce processing time, lower application temperature and prevents oil migration. It is also used in candles to provide paraffin crystal nucleation, which increases thermal and breakage resistance. It is applicable for hygienic, packaging, bookbinding, wood-working, tape & label. A-C® 430 complies with IECSC, NZIoC and KECI regulations approved grade.
