Monoglycidylether of p-tert. butylphenol. Acts as a monofunctional, aromatic, reactive diluent for epoxy resins. Has a moderate to marked lowering of viscosity and very marked lowering of reactivity. Offers improved processibility, slightly reduced surface hardness and slightly reduced resistance to acids. Possesses less resistance to solvents and ammonia.
