IRODUR® E 462 by Huntsman is a cross-linking agent. It is polyisocyanate and is used as hardeners for two-component polyurethane and polychloroprene adhesives Also used in solvent-based adhesive systems. It possesses good green strength, heat resistance and medium reactivity. It can be diluted in ethyl-acetate. It shows compatibility with hydroxyl polyurethane, natural- and synthetic rubber. IRODUR® E 462 is designed for footwear, automotive, packaging, textile and furniture.
