Mercap 100 by Imerys is a surface modified clay. It is a filler based on fine particle sized kaolin, coated with sulfur silane to enhance properties in rubber. It is applicable for rubber extrusion, rubber molding, rubber processing and rubber flooring. Mercap 100 is recommended for cable insulation, cable sheath, hose, footwear, flooring, seals, gaskets and tyres.
