Kancide – 6902 by Kimberlite is 5 chloro 2 methyl 4 isothiazolin 3 one (CIT) and 2 methyl 4 isothiazolin 3 one (MIT). Acts as a biocide. It is VOC-free, colorless to pale yellow liquid. It has a very broad activity spectrum against bacteria, yeast and molds. Kancide – 6902 is soluble in water, glycols and lower alcohols.
