SYLVAMELT® 401 by KRATON is blend of tall oil rosin derived tackifier component. It is compatible with most commonly used acrylics and PVAc-copolymers. SYLVAMELT® 401 imparts excellent specific adhesion to a wide range of substrates due to its polarity and polymer compatibility. It exhibits low volatility and low molecular weight. It is designed as replacement of tackified mixtures used for low VOC flooring adhesives.
