Technical DataSheet | Supplied by Kusumoto Chemicals

Disparlon® 6500 by Kusumoto Chemicals is based on an amide wax. Acts as a thixotropic agent for non-solvent as well as non-polar systems. Exhibits excellent cost/performance, permits incorporation on high speed grinding equipments at higher temperature without causing seeding. good heat resistance and stability on aging, good shelf stability. Suitable for use in oil-based, urethane, silicone and thiokol sealants as anti-slumping agent. In synthetic rubber, epoxy, acrylic/cyanamide adhesives, it prevents settling of extenders and prevents phase separation. When used in rubber adhesives for laminating decorative films to plywood panels, it prevents the penetration of the adhesive into wood substrate without reducing initial bonding strength at heat pressing. Recommended dosage for Disparlon® 6500 is 0.6-2.0%.
