Rhenogran® SF DPTT-40 by Lanxess is an ultra accelerator for vulcanization of natural and synthetic rubbers. It is a blend of dipentamethylene thiuram tetrasulphide and polymeric cross-linked material. Provides heat resistance in rubber seals, very rapid vulcanization, very high resistance to aging and compatibility with all types of rubber. Can be used in combination with mercapto and sulphenamide accelerators, and other thiuram accelerators. The dosage level of Rhenogran® SF DPTT-40 is 0.5-5 phr.
