ZB-237 by Lanxess is zinc borate-based flame retardant/smoke suppressant in plastisols, adhesives and mastics. It possesses compatibility with polyurethanes, thermoset resins and cellulosic products. ZB-237 shows very little pigmenting power and low temperature of activation. It can be used as an afterglow suppressant and an anti-arcing agent. Recommended for applications involving low temperature processing. It provides enhanced and rapid flame retardancy.
