C5/C9 hydrocarbon resin. Acts as a tackifier. Its molecular weight distribution and amount of aromatics can be tailored to provide an optimal tack or cohesion balance in SIS-based hot melt pressure sensitive adhesives. Has low aromatic content. Used for the manufacturing of high quality HM OPP tape and light colored film tapes.
