AGITAN® 230

AGITAN® 230 by Munzing acts as an anti-foaming agent. It is a silicone-free, biocide-free and APE-free grade. It is a blend of modified nonionic fatty compounds, hydrophobic silica and hydrocarbons. It has medium viscosity. It is a highly effective defoamer for aqueous emulsion based and water reducible systems such as emulsion tile adhesives and gelatine glues. Due to its low emulsifiability in water the defoamer is ideal for medium to high viscosity systems. Its recommended use level is 0.1-0.5 % on finished product. AGITAN® 230 has a shelf life of minimum 15 months.
