Silane USi-402 by Nanjing Union Silicon Chemical is a vinyltriethoxysilane. On exposure to moisture, the silyl groups condense and function as crosslinker or adhesion promoter. It can improve wet scrub resistance and abrasion resistance because of crosslinking and better adhesion to the substrate. It appears as a colorless transparent liquid. It has applications as binders in adhesives. It has shelf life of 36 months.
