Actmix® DCBS-80GE F140 is a N,N-Dicyclohexyl-2-benzothiazolsulfene amide (DCBS, DZ) 80 wt%. Acts as a rubber accelerator. It contains 20wt% polymer binder and dispersing agent. It delays scorching and long curing time of vulcanization accelerator for wire rubber formulations to improve adhesion. It can be used alone in the low sulfur vulcanization; also can be combine used with dithiocarbamate salts or thiuram accelerators, the vulcanizates has good aging resistance and compression set resistance. Its addition level in natural rubber for primary accelerator is 0.5-1.0 phr with 2.5-3.5 phr sulfur and for SBR 1.0-1.5 phr combine with 0-0.2 thiurams accelerators and 1.5-2.5 phr sulfur.
