Actmix® Retarder E-80GE F200 is a N-phenyl-N-(trichloromethylsulfenyl)-benzene sulfonamide. Acts as a retarder. It delays the scorching time, but not affect the curing speed. It is especially designed for thiuram vulcanization system, and can be used as the second promoting agents, reduces curing time and improves production efficiency. It can improve EPDM and NBR the sulfurization cross linking density, improves stretch for stress, and reduces the permanent compression deformation. It is compatible with EPDM/EVM, NBR, SBR, AR and ECO. Used in automotive rubber sealing system. Its recommended addition level is 0.5-1.5 phr.
