Actmix® MBTS-75GE F140 is a 75 wt% 2,2-dibenzothiazole disulfide. It is a general quasi-ultrafast accelerator. It contains 25 wt% polymer binder and dispersing agent. MBTS together with dithiocarbamates can avoid scorching. Thiurams, dithiocarbamates and aldehyde-amines can activate MBTS. Its vulcanizate has an excellent heat-aging resistance. MBTS together with dithiocarbamates can avoid scorching. Thiurams, dithiocarbamates and aldehyde-amines can activate MBTS. It is a retarder for processing and vulcanization of CR compounds. Its recommended addition level for primary accelerator for NR and SBR is 1.0-2.0 phr with 2.0-3.0 phr sulfur and for IIR is 0.25-1 phr with 1-2 phr sulfur.
