Curekind® DPTT(TRA) Powder is a bis(pentamethylene)thiuram tetrasulfide. Acts as a vulcanizator and rubber accelerator. It is soluble in chloroform, benzene, acetone, carbon disulfide, a little soluble in gasoline and carbon tetrachloride, insoluble in water and dilute alkali. It is compatible with natural rubber, styrene-butadiene rubber, latex, acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber etc. It is regulated for use in articles in contact with food as specified under FDA 21 CFR175.105, 175.300, 177.1210 and under BgVV XXI.
