EPOCROS™ WS-500

EPOCROS™ WS-500 by Nippon Shokubai acts as a water soluble crosslinker and adhesion promoter. It is a standard acrylic-based oxazoline functionalized reactive copolymer. It offers high reactivity with carboxyl groups and performance expression with even small addition. It exhibits crosslinking reaction at low temperature (80-120°C) with no by-product. It provides film properties, low toxicity, fast drying and improved water- & heat resistance. It shows excellent adhesion to polyethylene terephthalate (PET), oriented polypropylene (OPP) and polyvinyl chloride (PVC). It is used in pressure-sensitive adhesives. It is registered with Japan, TSCA (USA), REACH EU (EEA) and pre-registered with KECL (Korea) regulations. EPOCROS™ WS-500 has a long pot life for one packaging.
