Alcogum® L-270

Alcogum® L-270 by Nouryon is a stable, ready-to use anionic latex emulsion. It acts as an associative alkali soluble viscosifier. It offers high brookfield viscosity, low hercules viscosity and medium water retention. It permits to build more water retention while maintaining lower hercules high shear viscosity as compared to synthetic and cellulosic thickeners. Alcogum® L-270 provides stable viscosity over a broad pH range and resistance to biological degradation.
