Omyasphere 953 by Omya is a hermetic single-cell, lightweight filler based on hollow glass microspheres. It shows outstanding compressive strength with low density and excellent optical properties. It is a sphericity/perfectly round and offers outstanding chemical- and temperature resistance. It is a cost-effective grade that improves rheological and mechanical properties (elongation, modulus, tensile) in both physically setting and chemically curing reactive systems. It exhibits enhanced dimensional stability and can withstand high pressure & harsh processing. Omyasphere 953 provides improved finishing and aesthetics properties. It is used in adhesives and sealants applications.
