PPA - 7562

Mannich based phenalkamine. Acts as an epoxy hardener or curing agent. This color stable epoxy adduct is in a solution form. Very good compatibility with epoxy resin based on bis - phenol A, bis - phenol F as well as phenolic novolacs. Has excellent rapid cure even at low temperatures, good adhesion to mechanically cleaned surfaces, very good flexibility, excellent curing under humid as well as damp conditions and superior corrosion resistance. Also has a workable pot life, low viscosity, non critical mixing ratio, light color and good chemical, solvent as well as water resistance. It is developed to improve yellowing properties, as well as to assist formulator to develop the light shades in epoxy phenalkamine systems.
