Pexalyn® 9100 by Pinova is a thermoplastic pentaerythritol ester of rosin. Acts as a tackifier and adhesion promoter. It is a hard, pale, thermoplastic resin produced via a special process that delivers light initial color and product stability. It provides good resistance to oxidation and thermal stability. It has low volatility and wide compatibility. It promotes adhesion to porous and polar substrates. Pexalyn® 9100 by Pinova is used in EVA hot melt adhesives and pressure sensitive adhesives formulated with polar polymers & elastomers.
