Piccolyte® S70

Polyterpene resin which is produced from monomeric terpene beta-pinene. Acts as a tackifier. It is a pale, inert, low molecular weight, thermoplastic hydrocarbon resin. It is characterized by its light color and color stability, low odor, and excellent balance of adhesive and cohesive properties. It shows resistance to acids, alkali and water. Has applications as tackifier in pressure sensitive and hot melt adhesives.
