Pexalyn® 295

Pexalyn® 295 synthetic resin is a moderately hard, pale, thermoplastic resin. Acts as a tackifier. It has been modified to provide a higher softening point and viscosity than rosin, as well as greater resistance to crystallization and oxidation. The high acid functionality provides excellent specific adhesion to a variety of substates. Has applications as tackifier in hot melt and pressure sensitive adhesive for packaging, product assembly, flooring and construction.
