gamma-Glycidoxypropyltriethoxysilane. It acts as crosslinking agent, coupling agent and adhesion promoter. It is a clear colorless, low-odor liquid. It enhances wet electrical properties of epoxy-based encapsulate and packaging materials. It eliminates the need for a separate primer in polysulfide and urethane sealants and improves the adhesion in waterborne acrylic sealants.
