WINNOFIL® S by Syensqo is an ultrafine, coated precipitated calcium carbonate. Used in acrylic sealants, modified silicone sealants, polysulfide sealants, polyurethane sealants, PVC/ acrylic plastisols, rubber preformed tapes and silicone sealants for construction and industrial assembly, aerospace, glazing, assembly and automotive industry for underbody coating and seam or gap filling, transport industries, insulated glass applications, sanitary and DIY. Possesses effective pre-cure rheology modification and control properties and easy dispersion. Offers benefits such as good viscosity or rheology stability, high peel, high bond strength to metal and plastics, resistance to fuel, ozone, high tear strength, chemical resistance, paintability and UV resistance and weathering together with good adhesion properties. WINNOFIL® S provides sag resistance, good thixotropy, balance of anti-slump and extrusion properties, high yield value and low high-shear viscosity (pseudo-plasticity) and fast recovery from high shear application.
