Regalite™ UltraPure 7100

Regalite™ UltraPure 7100 by Synthomer is a low odor, partially hydrogenated water-white thermoplastic resin. It exhibits a unique balance of aliphatic-aromatic properties of the resin making it an excellent tackifier for hot melt adhesives based on SBS block copolymers, providing excellent color retention upon aging and retaining high cohesive strength. It offers improved color stability compared to the heritage grade with the same aromatic content and softening point. It provides excellent heat-stability, improved resistance to oxidation, low organic volatile content and trace chemicals. It is compatible with SIS, SBR and EVA. It shows low melt viscosity due to its molecular weight and structure, making it an ideal choice for sprayable adhesives. The polar characteristic is due to its unique structure resulting in excellent adhesion to low surface energy substrates such as polyethylene. Regalite™ UltraPure 7100 is designed for solvent-borne packaging and waterborne hygiene adhesives. Recommended shelf life is 12 months.
