MICROSERE® 5799A by The International Group is an opaque, mid-melt, high performance, amorphous, malleable microcrystalline wax. This refined mixture of solid, saturated aliphatic hydrocarbons is produced by de-oiling certain fractions from the petroleum refining process. It is more flexible, tough and higher in melting point than paraffin wax. It can bind solvents or oil. MICROSERE® 5799A is recommended for adhesive applications. It complies with FDA 21 CFR 178.3710 regulation.
