Mergal® S96

Mergal® S96 by Troy Corporation (Arxada) is a dry film preservative, fungicide and algaecide for outside applications. It is a combination of methyl-benzimidazol-2-ylcarbamate and 2-n-octylisothiazolinone. It offers intensive and long-lasting effect, action spectrum against mushrooms and algae. It shows compatibility with non-aqueous systems such as alkyd, acrylic and with water reducible resins. Mergal® S96 is used in solvent-based- & water-based adhesives and sealants. It has a usage level of 0.3-3%.
