Dimeric 2, 4-toluene diisocyanate. Acts as a cross-linking agent. It is white powder with yellow tint. It is soluble in toulene, chlorobenzene and o-dichlorobenzene. Suitable for heat-activated adhesives. It complies with following regulations: SARA 302, section 311/312 hazard class, section 313, Cercla, German water hazard and REACH.
