Zealloy® DP5178

Zealloy® DP5178 by Zeon Chemical is a plasticizer and reinforcer. It is a highly cross-linked butadiene and acrylonitrile copolymer. It possesses good thermal stability. It is designed for PVC compounds. It provides improved oil- and chemical resistance, good low-temperature flexibility, impact resistance and compression set resistance. Zealloy® DP5178 offers low die-swell for extrusions, as well as good dimensional stability and retention of embossing and vacuum-formed shapes.
