Lonzamon™ AAEMA-PQ by Arxada is a 2-(Acetoacetoxy)ethyl methacrylate copolymer, used with acrylates and styrene acrylates in adhesives. Acts as an adhesion promotor to metallic, mineral and wood surfaces. Provides improved mechanical and solvent resistance against water or organic solvents. Possesses a low acid number. Lonzamon™ AAEMA-PQ crosslinks with aliphatic diamines. Can be used as a styrene replacement in unsaturated polyesters.
