Pripol™ 2043

Pripol™ 2043 by Cargill is a fully amorphous, non-crystalline dimer diol with increased functionality (f.: 2.2). It possesses low color and has no ether or ester bonds in the C36 structure. It is designed for adhesives with improved crosslinking and adhesion, particularly on PA, steel & aluminum. In addition, the tensile strength of the adhesive increases with limited effect on elongation. It exhibits excellent chemical resistance (basic, acid and salt conditions). Pripol™ 2043 is also recommended for sealants. It is ISCC PLUS certified.
