Pripol™ 1006 F

Pripol™ 1006 F by Cargill is a bio-based, high purity hydrogenated building block for epoxy, polyurethane, polyester and polyamide. It contains 100% renewable carbon content. This dimer acid provides good color & color stability, hydrophobicity, flexibility, thermo-oxidative stability and excellent hydrolysis/ chemical resistance. It prevents cracking and can be used in conjunction with flexible substrates. It offers good pigment wetting properties and low glass transition temperature. This building block allows manufacturing of high molecular weight linear polymers with superior mechanical properties. Pripol™ 1006 F is used in adhesives and sealants. It is FDA approved.
