TERATE® HT 5232

TERATE® HT 5232 by Stepan Company is an aromatic polyester polyol formulated for used in polyurethane (PUR) and polyisocyanurate (PIR) foam systems such as spray foams. It is also used in closed-cell spray wall foam formulations with ASTM E-84 Class 1 rating as well as improved flame spread and smoke density index. It delivers burn performance in industry testing, forming char with minimum shrinkage and high weight retention. TERATE® HT 5232 improves ease of processing during rigid foam production and cold adhesion for spray applications. Recommended use level in spray wall foam formulation is 35-65% in the B-side polyol blends.
