H 815

Blended polyol. It exhibits low mold density, good flowability, good adhesion, low initial K-factor, high compressive strength and good dimensional stability at low temperature. Shows low open cell content on foam surface. Used in conjunction with MDI (methylene diphenyl diisocyanate) in HCFC-141b blowing systems and rigid polyurethane foams. Recommended formulation is 100 pbw (parts by weight) for H 815, 20 pbw for HFC-245fa pbw and 140-145 pbw for MDI.
