Glycerol propoxylated-co-ethoxylated. It is a tri-functional highly reactive polyether polyol with a 6000 nominal molecular weight. PETOL® 28-3B is produced from the addition of propylene oxide and ethylene oxide to glycerin under base catalysis. Due to the high content of EO, it is opalescent at temperature below 300°C.
