RU-1550 by Procachem is poly(3-methyl 1,5-pentylene glycol adipate). This polyol is a saturated hydroxyl terminated linear polyester. Exhibits low temperature properties, excellent hydrolytic stability, excellent mechanical strength, high solvent resistance and good resiliency. It is hygroscopic in nature and should be protected from atmospheric moisture. RU-1550 is suitable for use in laminating adhesives.
