Silmer® OH Di-10

Linear di-functional silicone pre-polymer with reactive hydroxyl terminal end groups. Offers better slip, antiblocking, mar resistance, surface smoothness, flexibility and hydrophobicity. Is compatible with polymers that contain reactive groups and/or systems such as epoxide, carboxylic acid, esters and isocyanates. Used to modify various polymers in order to improve their surface and physical properties. Can be co-reacted into various polymers to incorporate a silicone moiety into the polymer structure. Typical usage levels are between 1.0-3.0% wt. It is listed with TSCA, DSL, EINECS, AICS, IECSC, MITI, KECL, and CSNN.
