Low VOC, internally-emulsified, waterborne, hydroxy functional polyurethane dispersion. Provides quick drying, quick hardness development, very good durability and weatherability, good flow and leveling, high gloss, very good stability and superior mar and scratch resistance. Offers chemical and abrasion resistance, outstanding flexibility, very good hardness, very good durability, chemical resistance and abrasion resistance, low yellowing. Gives very good adhesion to metal and wood substrates, to cement substrates and epoxy topcoats and primers.
