EBECRYL® 8807

EBECRYL® 8807 by allnex is an electron beam (EB)/ UV energy curable aliphatic urethane diacrylate. It is a zero VOC, BPA- & solvent free grade.

Exhibits rapid surface cure response, light color and moderate viscosity.
Offers good flexibility, toughness, abrasion and yellowing resistance. Recommended for adhesives and sealants cured with low intensity lamps.
Also exhibits faster cycle time, long potlife, low temperature curing, lower energy consumption, carbon foot print and flammability.
Formulated products containing EBECRYL® 8807 may be applied via direct or reverse roll, offset gravure, metering rod, slot die, knife over roll, air knife, curtain and immersion coating methods.
