EBECRYL® 8811

EBECRYL® 8811 by allnex is a difunctional aliphatic urethane acrylate with moderate viscosity. It does not contain any intentionally added organic tin compounds, heavy metals, hydroquinone (HQ) and methyl ether of hydroquinone (MEHQ).

• Exhibits rapid surface cure response in both low and high energy EB/ UV cure systems like UV LED and UVA.
• Also exhibits good flexibility and toughness, abrasion resistance and non-yellowing characteristics.
• It is a zero VOC, BPA- & solvent free grade.
• It reduces energy consumption and lower carbon foot print.
• Designed for adhesives and sealants cured with low intensity lamps.
• Formulated products containing EBECRYL® 8811 may be applied via direct or reverse roll, offset gravure, metering rod, slot die, knife over roll, air knife, curtain and immersion coating methods.
