AQUAREZ PVB DP548-47XL by Aquaspersions is a low viscosity, water-based emulsion of a cross-linkable polyvinyl butyral. It is recommended for adhesives. It provides non-ionic stabilization and consists of texanol as a coalescent. It is initiated when films are cured at temperatures >120°C for a minimum of 30 minutes. It is free from plasticizer and APEO surfactants. AQUAREZ PVB DP548-47XL offers water-, heat-, scratch- and solvent resistance.
