acResin® UV 3532

acResin® UV 3532 by BASF is a versatile, UV cross-linkable, biocides-, MOSH-, MOAH- & solvent-free, high-performance acrylic hot-melt polymer used in the production of self-adhesive articles.

Exhibits very good- shear-, good- tack- & peel- and excellent- converting properties & resistance to chemicals, water, heat, aging & weathering.
It is instantaneous, renewable, reliable, cost-efficient, durable and imparts excellent optical clarity for transparent films.
It can be used as a freezer-grade adhesive and is compatible with toluene, acetone, ethyl acetate, methyl ethyl ketone, tetrahydrofuran and isobutanol.
It can be compounded with tackifiers to increase its aggressiveness and alter removability.
Recommended for pressure-sensitive adhesives due to low- VOC, fogging and odor.
Suitable for paper & paperboards, overprint varnishes (OPV), removable- and wash-off filmic labels and tapes.
acResin® UV 3532 is safe for food contact applications and possesses good skin compatibility.
