Ateva® 1880A

Ateva® 1880A by Celanese is an ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA) copolymer containing an antioxidant to minimize viscosity changes of the hot melt blends during processing. It has a mild, acrid, vinegar-like odor. Suitable for use in hot melt adhesives for packaging, labeling, case and carton closing, lamination and book binding applications. It is recommended that the melt temperature be kept below 210°C as decomposition can occur at higher temperatures. Complies with REACH, AICS (Australia), DSL (Canada), IECSC (China), ENCS (Japan), ISHL (Japan), KECI (Korea), NZIoC (New Zealand), PICCS (Philippines), EINECS (Europe) and TSCA (USA) regulations. Ateva® 1880A by Celanese is incompatible with strong oxidizing agents.
