Celvolit® 1426 by Celanese is a high performance, vinyl acetate ethylene copolymer emulsion. Celvolit® 1426 provides high water resistance, high boiling water resistance and fast setting speed after formulation. For this emulsion, polyvinyl alcohol acts as a protective colloid. It is designed for woodworking applications such as PVC overlay, membrane press and EPI wood glue.
